M.G. (Res) Yair Naveh, Chairman
Major General (Res.) Naveh brings many years of experience and invaluable knowledge in the area of modern warfare to the team. During his service in the Israel Defense Forces, MG (Res.) Naveh held a number of senior positions, including Commander of the Gaza Division during the Second Intifada, Chief of the Home Front Command, Chief of the Central Area Command, and Deputy Chief of Staff between 2010 and 2013. M.G. (Res.) Naveh retired from the Army in 2014. He holds a Masters degree in Political Science and Middle East Studies, as well as an MBA.
Yair Dubester, President & CEO
As a pioneer in the global UAV industry, Mr. Dubester has served as the General Manager of IAI’s MALAT UAV Division, the recognized world leader of Unmanned Systems. For seven years, he directed the rapid growth of the business in both the domestic and international markets. During his 35 years at IAI, Mr. Dubester held various technical, marketing and managerial positions including Chief Engineer, Program Manager, VP Marketing and Business Development, and VP Operations, before assuming the role of General Manager. Since leaving IAI, Mr. Dubester has served as VP Marketing & Business Development at ODF Optronics and as a consultant for several high-tech companies. Mr. Dubester holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
Shlomo Hakim, CTO
With nearly 20 years of extensive engineering experience in the field, Mr. Hakim was involved in design, development and implementation of all aspects of UAS. His experience encompasses the development process from conceptualization to software development and testing of air vehicles, avionics, ground control stations, mission sensors. Mr. Hakim has made a major contribution to all UVision’s legacy and current UAS, including: the Blue Horizon tactical UAS, Sparrow Sub tactical UAS and the Hero loitering munition (LM) family. Among Mr. Hakim's areas of expertise are data communication protocols, data-link integration, navigation and mission sensor integration, automatic video tracking, flight control, autonomous UAV control, antenna tracking, telemetry visualization, 2D and 3D map displays, mission design and analysis, telemetry and video synchronization, recording and replay, terrain analysis, component and system simulation and flight-line testing and servicing applications.
Oshri Baron, V.P. Sales & Marketing
Mr. Baron brings more than 15 years of experience in Marketing & Sales to the team. Before joining UVision, Mr. Baron served as Senior Director of Sales & Marketing – Europe, India, Asia, The Pacific Rim and Australia, at EO supplier Meprolight LTD. He also held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager, South East Asia, The Pacific Rim (Australia) in IAI’s MALAT UAS division. He served as a lieutenant in the Israeli Air Defense division during his military service. Mt. Baron earned an MBA and a BA degree in Economics, both from Ben-Gurion University.
Alon Maor, VP Programs
During his 16 years in the defense industry, Mr. Maor held leading roles in significant C4I developments and other large scale, complex defense projects at Elbit Systems and Soltam Systems. He has served in several technical and managerial positions including Systems Engineer, Technical Manager, Chief Engineer and Program Manager. Mr. Maor holds a B.Sc. in Industrial engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Stuart Rosen, Vice-President of Finance
Mr. Rosen has over 40 years' experience in the aviation and UAV industry with IAI. He has held a number of finance, sales and marketing positions in both the civil and military aircraft fields, including a tour of duty in the USA as Vice President of Finance of an IAI subsidiary that provides aircraft maintenance services to the United States Navy. For two decades, Mr. Rosen was a sales manager in IAI's Malat Division engaged in UAV sales and marketing throughout the world, where he was able to contribute his experience in contract negotiations. Mr. Rosen holds a B.Sc. in economics from the London School of Economics.
Meni Mozes, COO
Lt. Gen (Rev.) Mozes has more than 15 years of experience in the military. Before joining UVision, Mr. Mozes held a number of management positions including ILS and operational Management. Most recently, Mt. Mozes was responsible for the worldwide logistics and training services at Elbit Systems Ltd. Mr. Mozes holds a B.A. degree in political science from Haifa University.
