UVision is looking for a Customer Success Manager, serving as the primary point of contact (POC) between the company and its customers. This role includes managing strategic customers and overseeing technical, logistical, operational, and managerial aspects of customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main POC between the company and its customers.
- Ongoing management of company customers in Israel and abroad.
- Working cross-functionally with all company departments.
- Leading field activities abroad, including rapid response teams for troubleshooting, upgrade operations, and regular meetings.
- Managing maintenance contracts, training programs, and complementary products.
- Willingness to travel frequently abroad (up to 50% of the time).
Requirements:
- Experience in customer management – advantage.
- High-level English – mandatory.
- Experience with loitering munitions – significant advantage.
- Engineering diploma or Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
