UVision, a technology company in the defense industry, is developing, manufacturing and selling a wide range of products and solutions in the unique field of loitering munitions.
We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, upgrade and install company’s endpoints
- Install and enforce company’s security policy to all devices and users
- Work inside highly sensitive networks and environments and provide technical support to users throughout the company
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in Help Desk / Tech Support
- Experience working with Windows servers and Active Directory.
- Experience with Office365 products
- Experience working with VMware vSphere
- Experience with Veeam Backup systems.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent in-person communication
- Good understanding of networks and experience with network hardware configuration
Nice to have:
- Graduates of computing courses such as MCITP/MCSE.
- Familiarity/experience with management and monitoring tools, with an emphasis on Manage Engine (OPManager, Endpoint Central, ADManager) – a significant advantage.
- Familiarity/experience with Fortinet communication products (FW, Switches, Access Points) – a significant advantage
