Project Manager

Job Description

The Project manager is the Official point of contact for the program, and ensures all personnel associated with the program are effectively supporting customer needs and responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project performance, to include both technical issues and businesses processes

Business orientation with strong ability to identify and trigger business opportunities and lift-up exists connections to additional potential customers

Program management abilities from Bid management, contract sign off, program implementations and delivery including operational validation activities

Strong technology understanding with the ability to manage multidiscipline R&D & engineering teams

Precise P&L management capabilities

Proven experience with matrix management and multi interfaces (engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors etc…) organization

Ability to meet technical, financial, and contractual and performance requirements to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a program in a high tempo, high demand environment
  • Project Management Experience of complexed technical program/project
  • Experience with generating, writing and presenting technical document and presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills
  • Ability to motivate and conduct people in a multi dimension matrix based organization
  • Excellent English – read/write/talk and present
  • Frequently travel abroad
