Strategic Buyer for the Procurement Department
The role includes:
- Managing and leading procurement processes, outsourcing, and full turnkey assemblies.
- Negotiating and contracting with suppliers and subcontractors both domestically and internationally (advantage for familiarity with suppliers in Asia, excluding China).
- Working with various interfaces including human resources, finance, production, engineering, planning, and control.
- Leading cross-organizational efficiency processes and cost reduction.
- Handling procurement orders.
- Working according to defined KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers and contracting with subcontractors both domestically and internationally – mandatory.
- 3 years of experience in procurement services/supplier management – mandatory.
- High-level English – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics/industrial engineering and management/electronics/mechanics – mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team, engage colleagues, work independently, and take initiative.
- Analytical skills, report analysis, good verbal and written expression skills.
- Familiarity with the PRIORITY system in the procurement and inventory module – significant advantage.
- Full proficiency in OFFICE applications.
