Job description
- Frontal training on the company’s products both in Hebrew and English such as:
- Courses
- Training exercises
- Simulator practices
- Developing training packages with an emphasis on presentations, lesson plans and supporting literature
- Building a syllabus for training events and courses (schedules)
- Participation in demonstrations and exhibitions
- Leading broad projects as a part of the training departments tasks
Requirements
- Operational and simulator training background – a must
- Graduate of an instructor’s course (military) – a must
- Very high level of English – a must.
- Experience in frontal training – a must
- Willingness to travel extensively abroad – a must
- Participation and mentoring in field training and exercises with an emphasis on ground forces – a significant advantage
- Spike / loitering munitions / attacking drones’ instructor- a significant advantage
- Experience in combat fighters training- an advantage
- Knowledge of lethal system with an emphasis on missiles and loitering munitions – an advantage
- Knowledge of technological systems – an advantage
- Ability to work independently and deal with several factors simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team with an excellent interpersonal skills
- Officers – an advantage
