Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for employees including flights, accommodations, transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
- Working with travel agencies and service providers to secure the best rates and services.
- Work closely with the Finance department for travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement within TAS application.
- Provide support for unexpected events to travelers during their trips, including handling any issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role, ideally in high-tech or corporate settings.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a Multi interface environment.
- Willingness to work in unregular hours.
