Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for employees including flights, accommodations, transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
  • Working with travel agencies and service providers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Work closely with the Finance department for travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement within TAS application.
  • Provide support for unexpected events to travelers during their trips, including handling any issues or emergencies that may arise.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role, ideally in high-tech or corporate settings.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a Multi interface environment.
  • Willingness to work in unregular hours.
