Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. This role will be pivotal in driving our global business development, sales and marketing strategy, fostering partnerships that reflect our dedication to our vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in leading negotiations and closing deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars in the defence industry, across B2B, B2G, and G2G transactions.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of business development, sales, and marketing professionals across multiple geographic locations.
- Cultivate and maintain high-profile partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation.
- Identify and execute new business opportunities and partnerships
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape and adapt the business strategy accordingly.
